Cassowary

What is your least favorite animal at the Zoo?

The animal I find the most difficult on which to work is the cassowary. They are very strong and battle with sharp feet when handled. In general, we don't dart birds, so they are difficult to do veterinary care on. They are beautiful birds, but difficult to treat!
